Terms of service.

Plain, because the product is simple. We carry what you signed. We never hold what you own.

Last updated 12 October 2026

Who you contract with

These terms are an agreement between you and Minutes Network FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), which operates TELRPC. World Mobile Group Ltd. (Company No. 13191263, 29 Holywell Row, London EC2A 4JB, United Kingdom) is our partner in TELRPC. It is not a party to these terms and takes on no obligation to you under them.

Where a partner or institution signs a separate written agreement with us, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.

Accepting these terms

By installing the TELRPC Wallet, calling a TELRPC line, buying credit or using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use TELRPC.

Who may use TELRPC

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use TELRPC for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms, and "you" includes that organisation.

You may not use TELRPC if the law that applies to you forbids it, or if you are a person or in a place described under "Sanctions, prohibited places and money laundering" below.

The service

TELRPC carries transactions you have already signed to their public blockchain networks over an ordinary phone call, and returns chain state and confirmations to your device by QR code, by spoken readback or by echo (a reply carried in the caller ID of a call that never rings). We call the system that answers these calls the grid.

The service is a software service provided on fair-use terms. We do not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, we are not a bank, an exchange or a money transmitter, and we do not buy, sell or hold crypto assets for you.

The TELRPC Wallet is updated often. Features may change, and we may add, change or withdraw parts of the service.

Self-custody: your keys, your funds

TELRPC is self-custody software. Your keys are created and kept on your own device, from your own recovery words. We never hold your keys, your recovery words or your funds, and we cannot see, move, freeze, recover or reverse them.

You alone are responsible for your device, your PIN and your recovery words. Anyone who has your recovery words controls your funds. If you lose them, we cannot restore them or your funds, because we never had a copy.

Check every recipient, network and amount before you sign. A signed transaction broadcast to a blockchain is final, and we cannot undo it.

Broadcast credit

Calls to the grid are paid from prepaid broadcast credit, held against a wallet address and any addresses you link to it. Each successful call request costs 10 cents of credit: a broadcast, a sync by call, a balance read by call, a swap price check, a swap, a token approval or a contract read. Nothing is charged when a request fails. Some things are free, such as the sync and balance pages on this website and asking the line how much credit you have.

You buy credit on this website by card or with crypto. The minimum top-up is $5 and the maximum for a single top-up is $500. Credit is added once your payment confirms. A crypto payment must be sent in full, on the network shown, within the time shown; a payment sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be impossible to recover.

Broadcast credit is prepaid and non-refundable. It has no cash value, it cannot be exchanged for money or crypto, and it cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else. It is not money, a deposit or electronic money, and it earns no interest.

Credit never expires unless the service ends. If we decide to end the service, we will post a notice on this website at least 30 days before it ends, so you can use your credit. Credit unused when the service ends lapses.

If credit is added to an address by mistake, for example through a payment error, we may correct the balance.

Fees that are not ours

Network fees. Every transaction pays its own network fee to the blockchain it runs on, from your own account. Network fees go to that network, not to us, and we cannot refund them.

Call charges. A call to a TELRPC line is an ordinary phone call, charged by your carrier at its normal rate. Those charges are yours and are not paid to us.

Sends. We never take a percentage of a send. The 10 cents of credit is a charge for the service, not a cut of your transaction.

Swaps. Swaps in the app use a third-party decentralised exchange, which charges its own pool fee. The swap fee is shown in the app before you confirm. A swap that would fill below the minimum you accept fails instead of filling. Tokens marked "Not verified" have not been checked by us; you swap them at your own risk.

Fair use

The grid is shared by everyone who uses it, so we provide it on fair-use terms. To keep it working for all users, we may limit how often a phone number or an address can call, refuse or delay calls, and suspend a phone number or an address that is used abusively.

You agree not to: attack, overload, probe or disrupt the grid or its lines; place automated or repeated calls beyond normal use of the TELRPC Wallet; spoof or hide a caller ID to get around a limit; resell or redistribute access to the grid without a written agreement with us; or copy, decompile or rebuild the grid or its software to offer a competing service. Inspecting the published TELRPC Wallet build to verify its security is welcome.

Sanctions, prohibited places and money laundering

Lawful use only. You may not use TELRPC to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, commit fraud, or move the proceeds of crime, or for any other unlawful purpose.

You may not use TELRPC if you are, or act for, a person named on a sanctions list that applies to us, including the lists kept by the United Nations Security Council, the United Arab Emirates, the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom and the European Union, or if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions by any of them.

We may refuse, suspend or end service, block a phone number or an address, and keep records or report as the law requires, to comply with anti-money-laundering and sanctions law or to protect the grid. Because we never hold your funds, none of this can move or freeze them.

Availability

We work to keep the grid running at all hours, but availability is not guaranteed. Calls depend on phone carriers, and broadcasts depend on blockchain networks and the services that connect to them, none of which we control. The grid may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The grid may refuse or delay a broadcast, for example when a network is congested, a provider is down, a fair-use limit applies or a transaction is invalid. The grid never alters a signed transaction: it broadcasts your exact signed bytes, or nothing. A refused broadcast is not charged.

Other networks and services

TELRPC works with blockchains, phone carriers, a card payment processor, decentralised exchanges and hardware wallets run by others. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them, for the value or behaviour of any crypto asset or token, or for any network's rules, forks or failures.

Risks you accept

Crypto assets can lose value quickly, and their prices are volatile. Blockchains can congest, fork or change their rules. Transactions you sign are final. Keeping your recovery words safe, choosing the right network and checking every address are your responsibility. You use TELRPC knowing these risks.

Software licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the TELRPC Wallet and our published software for their intended purpose, under these terms. The TELRPC Wallet is distributed as a signed app from this website, outside the app stores; verify the build as the install guide shows before you rely on it.

Open-source components in the app are covered by their own licences. TELRPC, its software, its patents and patent applications, and its brand remain ours, and no other rights pass to you.

No warranty

The grid, the TELRPC Wallet, this website and all our software are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or crypto assets, however it arises. We are not liable for losses caused by carrier or blockchain outages or congestion, by transactions you signed, or by the loss, theft or disclosure of your device, PIN or recovery words.

Our total liability to you for all claims relating to TELRPC is limited to the amount you paid us for broadcast credit in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law in using TELRPC, and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using TELRPC at any time. We may suspend or end your access, including blocking a phone number or an address, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the grid or other users. If we end access because you broke these terms or the law, unused credit is not refunded.

The sections on self-custody, credit, fees, no warranty, limitation of liability, your responsibility to us and law continue after access ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. A change applies from the date shown, and using TELRPC after that date means you accept it. A change never alters the price of credit you have already bought.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. If a dispute arises, write to us first at contact@telrpc.com and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If it is not resolved, the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live.

General

These terms, with the Privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about TELRPC. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the service, and these terms will continue to protect you.
