A woman on a stone terrace above a green valley at golden hour, talking on her phone

If you can make a phone call, you can move money.

TELRPC is the rails that never go online, and a self-custody wallet with no internet. Signed offline, sent as a phone call, settled on-chain, with confirmation by an echo in the caller ID.

0
bytes of internet data from the wallet app
93
countries with local numbers available, plus a US line
~95 s
of tones for a USDC payment on Base
4
app permissions: phone, camera, biometric unlock and ending its own call

Why we built it.

The internet is the attack surface.

A self-custody wallet keeps its own keys, yet most still go online at the last step, to broadcast. That connection is the path remote attacks travel: a malicious page, a poisoned update, a request for one more signature. So we took the internet off the device that holds the key. The TELRPC Wallet has no internet permission, so the operating system gives it no network access.

A phone call reaches almost everyone.

A voice call works on almost any phone, on almost any network, including places where mobile data is slow, costly or missing. An ordinary call carries the signed transaction as tones to the grid, which broadcasts it to the chain unchanged. Local numbers in 93 countries on request, 15 live today, and a US line callable from anywhere.

A Minutes Network and
World Mobile partnership.

TELRPC brings together a global voice network that runs the grid and a user-owned mobile network that serves millions of people.

A global voice network. It runs the grid.

Minutes Network is a telecom platform, with a wholesale voice marketplace and one communications API for voice, SMS and numbers. It operates the TELRPC grid on carrier infrastructure it runs.

minutesnetwork.io

The first private, user-owned mobile network.

World Mobile serves around three million subscribers, with coverage across 99% of the United States and service in more than 60 countries. Privacy is the default on every plan. Its network is owned and run by the people who use it. Community AirNodes carry the connections, and EarthNodes process the network's data and secure its blockchain. World Mobile is a partner in TELRPC.

The grid answers the call, rebuilds the exact signed bytes and broadcasts them. It holds none of your keys.

Three networks
run the rails.

Every TELRPC payment rides on infrastructure run by the partners behind it, from the call your phone places to the chain it settles on.

The Switch & Validation Network.

Minutes Network's Switch & Validation Network switches every TELRPC call and validates every payment it carries. It checks each payment your phone sends before anything is broadcast, and it places the call-backs that bring the result and your balance home.

The EarthNode network.

World Mobile's EarthNode network supports the RPC network for each chain TELRPC supports. It reads each chain's state and puts every signed payment on it.

worldmobile.io

The distributed edge network.

UNetwork's distributed edge network supports the inbound calling numbers. The local TELRPC numbers your phone dials are answered at the edge, close to where you are.

What we hold to.

Four principles shape every part of TELRPC, from the wallet to the grid.

Self-custody

Your keys are born on your phone and stay there. No account, no sign-up and no email. The grid holds none of your keys and deploys no contract.

No internet on the device

The wallet holds four permissions: phone, camera, biometric unlock and ending its own call if the network doesn't. None of them can open a network connection, so the app sends no data.

Provable

Check it yourself. One command reads the permissions back from the app, the wallet checks every echo against the transaction it signed, and every payment in our proof run is public on the explorer.

Pay per use

No subscription. 10 cents of prepaid credit per broadcast and per call request: a sync, a balance read, a swap price check, a swap, a token approval or a contract read by call. Every fee is shown on the review before you swap. The QR sync and the balance page on this site are free.
