A smiling woman in a café holds up her phone, showing the TELRPC Wallet confirming a sent payment of 0.01 USDC

The rails that never go online.

Completely offline rails for crypto, and a self-custody wallet with no internet at all. Signed offline, sent as a phone call, settled on-chain.

0
bytes of internet data from the wallet app
93
countries with local numbers available, plus a US line
~95 s
of tones for a USDC payment on Base
4
app permissions: phone, camera, biometric unlock and ending its own call

One rail.
Four ways in.

The same rail serves the person holding their own savings, the company that builds their wallet, the developer wiring it into a product and the treasury moving value at scale.

A young woman on a sunlit street, making a phone call

TELRPC Wallet

Your keys are born on your phone and never leave it. Payments go out as an ordinary phone call.

  • No internet permission, four permissions in all
  • Send, swap and send to many, all over a call
  • Signed APK today. iOS coming soon
A hardware wallet, an open prototype circuit board, a phone and calipers on a workbench

TELRPC INSIDE

For wallet makers. Keep your signer exactly as it is and hand the last online step to a call.

  • Carry the rail in your app or build it into your hardware
  • A whitelabel app, or plug straight into the grid
  • Wholesale per broadcast, your resale price on top
The TELRPC SDK in an editor: carry a signed transaction, sign on the device, read the receipt

TELRPC protocol and API

For developers. Frame a signed transaction, key the tones, read state by QR or echo.

  • Verify every confirmation on the device
  • A keyed JSON API for clients, usage and broadcasts
  • Licensed to partners
A treasury desk with hands at the keyboard, the TELRPC Console on the monitor listing allowlisted treasury signing addresses marked live

TELRPC Console

For institutions. Broadcast from the cold side, with no networked broadcast host.

  • Allowlisted treasury addresses
  • A seat register with roles, and a full audit log with CSV export
  • Committed capacity and SLAs under contract

See it in under two minutes.

What TELRPC is, why a phone call is enough, and how your key stays offline the whole time.

Under two minutes, sound on.

Sign, call, settle.
No internet on the device.

From the phone that signs to the chain that settles, and back to the phone with a receipt it checks itself.

  1. The TELRPC Wallet Review screen: send 1 USDC on Base, with a Hold to place call button

    The phone signs

You check every line and hold to sign. The key never leaves the phone.

  2. The phone's own dialer 1 minute 15 seconds into the call that carried the 11 October payment, the grid number blurred

    A call carries it

Framed, checksummed and keyed as tones. About 95 s for USDC on Base.

  3. The TELRPC Console showing the grid broadcasting the payment

    The grid broadcasts

It rebuilds the exact bytes and sends them unchanged. It holds no keys.

  4. BaseScan showing the 11 October 2026 payment of 1 USDC on Base, status Success, in block 52460479 at 09:18:25 UTC

    The chain settles

The account pays its own network fee. No TELRPC contract anywhere.

  5. The Sent screen: confirmed, sent to Base, the exact transaction the phone signed

    The echo comes home

The grid calls back with a reference in the caller ID. It never rings.

1

Sign on the phone

The wallet signs on a device with no internet permission. The signature binds the payee and the amount, so nothing that follows can change either.

2

A call carries it

An ordinary voice call carries the signed transaction as tones, each frame guarded by a checksum. A lost tone or a dropped call is refused and redialled, never broadcast twice.

3

The grid broadcasts it

The grid broadcasts it unchanged and confirms by echo: a silent callback the wallet checks against the transaction it computed.

Hear a payment leave the phone.

This is a real TELRPC frame, keyed as the tones the call carries. Sound plays only when you press.

How it works

*103175824609317#

One payment,
start to finish.

A real payment on 11 October 2026, exactly as the phone showed it. One USDC on Base, sent from a phone with no internet permission, under three minutes from opening the send screen to the confirmation on the device.

How each step works
The TELRPC Wallet send screen: USDC on Base and the payee address

1. Enter the payment

Asset, payee and amount. The account's sequence and fee are already on the phone, synced offline.

The review sheet: send 1 USDC on Base, recipient, network fee, total, balance and the cost of the call, with Hold to place call

2. Check every line

Amount, recipient, network and fee. Placing the call signs it on the device; the key never leaves it.

An ordinary phone call in progress at 1 minute 15 seconds, the number blurred

3. An ordinary call

The signed transaction travels as tones, about 95 seconds for a USDC transfer. The grid checks the checksum and broadcasts the exact bytes.

The wallet showing Sent and Confirmed: signed on this phone, sent as tones, confirmed by the line, with the transaction id

4. Confirmed by echo

The grid calls back with a reference to the transaction id in the caller ID. The wallet matches it to the id it computed itself.

On-chain at 09:18:25 UTC, 11 October 2026, block 52460479: 0x54cc6d…78b1a7 on BaseScan. Phone clock shows local time (UTC+2).

No IP address.
No browser.
No Wi-Fi.

The TELRPC Wallet holds four permissions: phone, camera, biometric unlock and ending its own call if the network doesn't. None of them can open a network connection, so the operating system gives the app no network access for as long as it is installed.

  • The signature binds the payee and the amount
  • A changed byte fails the signature
  • The grid holds no keys and deploys no contract
  • A compromised line can delay a payment, not redirect it

Already keep your coins on a hardware wallet? Plug it into the phone with a USB-C cable, or show it to the camera. It signs, the phone sends by call, and your keys stay on the device. Your hardware wallet stays offline too. TELRPC never needs it connected to the internet.

Your balance is a phone call away.

One tap places a short call, the grid calls straight back, and your balance lands on screen without the phone ever ringing. Or scan it as a QR from any screen, or hear it spoken on any telephone.

A balance read by call uses 1 credit, 10 cents of prepaid credit; the balance page on this site is free. The call is ordinary airtime: a local call where a local number is live (15 countries today, 93 on request), or a call to the US line from anywhere.
